拍品砂口，丰肩，腹部浑圆，下承矮圈足。罐胎体厚重，胎质洁白细腻，内外施白釉，釉面莹润光亮。外壁以青花装饰，肩部饰曲尺纹一周，腹部绘蟾宫折桂图，青花绘宫宇亭廊，意为蟾宫。正中所立怀抱玉兔的女子应为蟾宫主人嫦娥，一名仕女手持桂枝，似在征求嫦娥意见，该将桂枝交予谁。其余部分绘洞石蕉叶。整体画面笔法流畅，层次分明，人物形态生动自然，青花发色明艳青翠。 造型圆润小巧，青花图案精致，构图错落有致，具有康熙青花的典型特征。
