Description

本品为仿商周时期的青铜酒器“兽形觥”，铜铸，错金装饰，整器均以雷纹为地，外壁满饰浮雕，立体感颇强。椭圆体兽面首，曲口宽流，上有盖扣合，腹部圆鼓，高圈足。盖前端兽角似长颈鹿角，圆眼突出，上有卷曲眉，角下有尖耳，阔鼻合口，脑后起脊，两侧对称简化的浮雕龙纹。盖后亦是兽面雕饰，末梢有卷角兽面状鋬。此器铸造风格遒劲，纹饰繁缛，工艺精湛，贵气粲然。
