款识：「大明成化年制」六字双行楷书款 本品造型典雅端庄、隽秀婉约，外壁通景绘仙鹤八宝纹，仙鹤翩跹飞翔，姿态各异；仙鹤头顶对应八宝纹，近足处绘海水江崖纹。胎釉细腻莹白，青花色泽纯正，幽静恬淡，笔法细腻灵动，仙鹤俨然活脱。底部中间青花双圈内书「大明成化年制」六字双行楷书寄托款，为康熙时期精品。
