款识：「大清光绪年制」六字双行楷书款 赏瓶创烧于雍正时期，清档中称为「玉堂春瓶」，乾隆朝时，被皇帝用于赏赐重臣，故又名「赏瓶」，勉励臣下「清廉」。清代宫廷御瓷中的一些品种与器形始终前后相袭，每朝必备，每岁必制，旧档称「岁例供瓷」，赏瓶是为一例。根据故宫养心殿室内陈设图片来看，赏瓶除用作赏赐臣子外，还用于宫殿陈设。此件作品气息清雅，瓶撇口、长颈、圆腹，下承圈足，造型舒展而优雅。腹部以粉彩绘婴戏图，画面吉祥喜庆，生动而富于童趣，人物描绘谨遵法度，加彩勾勒之处也细腻精到。置之厅堂，可赏可玩。
