A Chinese famille rose cup dating from the Republic period. The exterior features two figures in a domestic scene. The interior is glazed white. The bottom has a 4-character mark. Dimensions are: 3 1/8 inches tall X 3 1/4 inches wide, 7.9 cm X 8.3 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There are two chips to the rim. Provenance: From a private New York collection.
