Depicts the charge of the 1st Maryland regiment and the death of Ashby, Harrisonburg VA, created for the funding of a monument in Baltimore, printed by A. Hoen and co. Dimensions are: 27 1/2 inches tall X 33 1/2 inches wide, 69.85 cm X 85.09 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Two small holes in the upper left corner, yellowing to the paper due to age, and some wrinkling due to age and humidity. Provenance: From a private VA collection.
