VERY RARE KESI WOVEN HANDSCROLL OF IMPERIAL CALLIGRAPHY BY QIANLONG, finely woven with a Qianlong imperial writing of Ba Zheng Mao Nian Zhi Bao Ji, the calligraphy of each text depicted in black kesi against a straw-ground, the imperial seals picked-out in red thread, the whole is mounted as a handscroll accompanied by a cover exquisitely worked to depict a five-clawed dragon, with a label woven with the title of the writing, the wooden handscroll box carved with dragon motif and the the nine-character title: Yu Bi Ba Zheng Mao Nian Zhi Bao JI.
