简介：香翰屏，别名桂祯，号墨林（蒋介石赐），广东省合浦县人（今属广西浦北）。1912年加入国民党，曾任国民党、三青团合并后的中国国民党中央监察委员。1966年他赴台出席“国民大会”时，出版了《香翰屏将军草书初集》，笔震书坛，饮誉中外。
