This 3-mouth double gourd vase has very elaborated decoration with motifs of Fu (bat), Shou (longevity) and Buddhist treasure flower that was common on Qianlong porcelain wares. Due to over 200 years of aging, the surface of enamel has lost shine and minute green patina has developed, (e.g., on the Qianlong mark.) Qianlong (1735-1796 AD). From Dr. Robert I-San Lin (#128), a senior Chinese artwork appraiser, whose grandfather was a major Chinese antique merchant in early 1900s.
