此壶作于六十年代末，用紫泥制作，油润细腻，逗人喜爱。竹段常制有圆身端把，而此壶改制成提梁壶式，别具风貌。取竹段作壶身，大平底，大口面，盖微穹，以手工镶接成型，故能口盖丝严合缝。竹节三弯嘴，扁竹提梁跨越壶身，生趣盎然。壶盖以虬曲的竹节结构生态，竹叶飘动，平衡均齐，似塑如画。
