古代西藏官员新年佩戴的肩饰，藏语称为「班朵」，镶嵌绿松石而成。肩饰上部为金嵌绿松石金翅鸟，一般认为具有镇宅和辟邪功能。肩饰下部分金镶嵌绿松石，状如两层同心花瓣盛放的莲花。本品应由清代拉萨雪堆白工坊制作，用工精良，非常华丽。
