说明：此炉以上等铜料精铸而成，包浆润朗。炉以三代青铜簋为样，采用鎏金工艺制作，唇口微侈，短颈，双龙耳，圆弧腹，圈足。近足处雕缠枝花卉纹为边饰，腹部主题纹饰为海龙、海马、海象等瑞兽，布局疏密有致，雕琢工艺繁复，鎏金自然而不失华丽，形制古朴典雅。从工艺风格来看，疑为胡文明所制。后配铜缠枝莲纹鎏金盖、座，严丝合缝，恰到好处。
