茶叶末釉在清宫档案中称为“厂官釉”，系雍正朝督陶官唐英借鉴古代北方窑场产品烧制出的重要色釉之一。因其“黄杂绿色，娇娆而不俗，艳于花，美如玉，范为瓶，最养目”，为帝王文人所钟爱。拍品口呈四方倭角形，长颈，鼓腹，长方形圈足。颈部对饰双贯耳，腹心突起杏圆。配有红木座。器身通体施茶叶末釉，釉质坚致细腻，釉色苍雅静穆，光素无纹，造型俊秀，挺拔大方，极富凝重古朴之感。
