An early 18th-century oak single drawer lowboy, with thumb, moulded planked top over a single frieze drawer on simple tapering spindle frame united by a box stretcher on turned tulip feet 80 cm wide x 50 cm deep x 69.5 high overall. Condition report: The top has been re-fixed and braced by some old white wood bearers below the top but the original draw pegs are still visible on the top surface. The drawer runners have been replaced and the handle posts have been secured with modern hex nuts Historic black copper pot marks to the top Old iron lock missing but corresponds with keeper housing on top rail. Generally period but with some running repairs
