阿弥陀佛为佛教所奉西方极乐世界的教主。此尊造像头饰螺发，肉髻高耸，面相庄严慈悲；身形流畅，宽肩细腰，造型比例完美；双手结法印，全跏趺坐，身着袒右肩式袈裟。佛陀的手脚制作尤为考究，脚掌圆鼓，指型写实。衣缘处錾刻纹饰，衣褶刻画写实，曲走流徊自然流畅。双层束腰莲花宝座上下端有两道连珠纹，莲瓣饱满舒展。此尊造像胎体厚重、铸造工艺精良，能很好的体现古代艺术工匠高超的制造工艺水平。
