盖碗敞口，深腹，圈足，盖为覆盏形，环形抓钮。抓纽下沿饰金彩一周，下承如意云头纹，盖沿及碗沿皆饰一周如意纹，盖面及碗壁绘以粉彩三多纹，纹饰多彩缤纷，丰富有序，充满喜庆与吉祥之意。
三多纹是瓷器装饰中的传统吉祥图案，典出《庄子》：尧观于华封，华封人祝曰：“使圣人寿，使圣人福，使圣人多男子。”后世多以寓意吉祥之瓜果为饰，如以佛手谐意“福”，以桃子谐意“寿”，以石榴暗喻“多子”，表现多福多寿多子的颂祷。
