砚屏由屏芯和座屏两部分组成。屏芯镂空雕缠枝花卉，木框内嵌椭圆形白玉板，白玉板采用浮雕、镂雕等技法而就。座屏满施金彩，间以花叶纹装饰，构图繁密缛华，制作工艺精湛，时代特征明显。此砚屏装饰华丽，气度不凡，置于书斋案头，别有一番意趣。
