刘旦宅（1931～2011），原名浑，又名小粟，后改名旦宅，别名海云生，浙江温州人。自幼喜好绘画，1941年便在温州举办“十龄童刘小粟画展”。 1949年后，在上海市大中国图书局、上海教育出版社、上海人民美术出版社绘画。1985年后任上海师范大学教授。擅长中国古典著作人物画。所绘《红楼梦十二金钗》邮票，曾获1981年全国邮票最佳奖。1985年获中国奥林匹克委员会颁发的《中国体育美术展览》荣誉奖。作品有《刘旦宅聊斋百图》《石头记人物画册》等。
