参阅：《故宫博物院藏文物珍品大系·颜色釉》，上海科学技术出版社，页40，图36；《沈阳故宫博物院藏文物精粹——瓷器卷·下》，万卷出版社，2008年1月，页39此尊造型源自明弘治年间黄釉描金双兽耳尊，清代沿袭明制。形制庄重沉稳，胎质坚实，器身通施茄皮紫釉，釉色古雅浓丽，釉质光润肥腴；双肩对称饰以一对犠耳，雕工精细，栩栩如生。据《皇朝礼器图示》记载，祭祀时用尊，源于周礼，此类茄皮紫釉牺耳尊当为祭天之用，故宫博物院藏有同类器一例（文物号00158321-1/71），可供参照。
