尊精铜铸就，盘口敛颈、圆肩圆腹、圈足外侈，肩部两侧对出双龙耳，造型古朴典雅。通体以仿商代三层花法，颈及肩部环饰一周变体夔龙纹，腹部以弦纹相隔，分上下区分别铸饰饕餮及蝉纹，以细密回纹为地，其上详尽描绘兽面纹样，眼、鼻处则以突出于器表。整器纹饰繁缛，造型颇具古风，加以时人之化裁巧妙而成，予人以庄穆稳重之感。
