“大清乾隆年制”青花六字三行篆书款 此瓶撇口束颈，肩外撇，圆腹渐收，圈足，颈两侧饰竹节形贯耳，故称“贯耳瓶”，器表面以青花绘多重纹饰，自上而下为：海水纹、缠枝莲纹、海水纹、八宝纹，缠枝花卉纹，莲瓣纹。贯耳上绘竹叶纹，纹饰繁缛细密，各层纹饰间或以回纹分隔，或适当留白分开，布局密而不乱，绘工纤细精美，青花发色蓝艳深沉，釉面滋润，器型端庄大气，为精美的宫廷陈设器物。底书“大清乾隆年制”款。
