A Small Gilt Bronze Figure of a Bodhisattva The bodhisattva sensuously cast standing with a soft sway to the hips, the left hand raised, outfitted in layers of torques and a body necklace, a jeweled belt securing the dhoti which hangs in cascading folds, a celestial sash flowing to either side, all supported on a pedestal base. Period: Tang (618‑906). Height; 8 cm (without stand).
