WW2 RUSSIAN ONE RUBLE NOTE HAND-SIGNED BY WINSTON CHURCHILL PRESIDENT FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT AND JOSEPH STALIN. Russian one ruble note signed by British premier Winston S. Churchill (1874-1965) along the white margin at left; signed by 32nd U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt (1882-1945) as ""Franklin D Roosevelt"" at center, and signed by Soviet premier Joseph Stalin (1878-1953) by the center. Signed sometime during the Yalta Conference in 1945. Medal for the Victory over Germany: made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.24 mm in width, 37.45 mm in height, including the eyelet and it weighs 16.6 gram. Awarded to Soviet service personnel who were on active service during The Great Patriotic War (Military service of 3 months or civil service of 6 months).
