钤印：罗惇㬊、罗复堪款识：汉地广大，无不容盛。万方来朝，臣妾使令。边境无事，中国安宁。急就章。元勋仁兄先生雅正，悉檀居士罗惇㬊。 罗复堪（1872-1955），名惇㬊，字孝瑴，号复庵、复闇、复堪（一作复戡），别署悉檀居士、羯蒙老人、凤岭诗人，作画署名曼渊，室号三山簃，广东顺德人。书法家、画家、诗人，中华民国时期北京“四大书家”之一（其他三位是宝熙、邵章、张伯英）。他是罗瘿公的从弟，康有为的弟子。长期在北京艺专和北京大学文学院讲授书法。新中国成立后为中央文史馆馆员。
