钤印：柳子谷印款识：七九老人柳子谷。 柳子谷（1901-1986），名习斌，号怀玉山人，堂号双翔阁，江西玉山人。著名国画家。兼擅山水、人物、花卉，尤精兰竹。1924 年入上海美专从师刘海粟、黄宾虹等学习。毕业后遂军参加北伐，在国民革命军第六政治部任宣传员，后任南京美专国画系教授。1949年后，先后任沈阳师范学院、辽宁大学、山东艺术学院教授。
