钤印：倪琇私印款识：游观日会山和水；契合人同竹与兰。倪琇。 倪琇 ［清］，字竹泉，昆明人。嘉庆六年（1801）进士，由进士任知府。嘉庆二十四年（1819）官至福建兴泉永兵备道，劝厦门募绅商捐银叁万余两。建义仓于魅星河边，置埭田于湖莲保之下码社，岁收谷，储义仓，为荒年之备。工诗，著有使车余草。书法黄庭坚，晚年似董其昌，牓书尤擅长。 书法遒劲，岩石、庙宇之字，多其手笔。
