上款：海上美术茶话会创立纪念|款识：道之不孤斯文未坠|下款：磊明夫子惠存丁亥仲春。老周虎臣。锦云监制 |说明：笔杆由湘妃竹制成，呈黄褐色，古旧老气，上错落分布褐色斑点，斑斓绚丽，深深浅浅，富有韵律。接老翡翠笔头，装上等羊毫，可珍可藏||人物简介：谢磊明，浙江温州人，金石篆刻家。名谢光，字烈珊，一字磊明。号玄三、磊庐、卖盐客。为西泠印社早期社员。《西泠印社志稿》卷二中有传。建国后任浙江文史馆馆员，温州市文管会委员等职。
