此件手持共18子，其中玉珠15子，采用和阗青白玉镂空雕琢而成，玉质晶莹温润，包浆自然。玉珠皆为圆形，通体镂空雕饰卷草螭龙纹，螭龙盘踞于珠上，雕工细致，玲珑精巧。玉珠虽为佩饰，但因其体型小巧，往往不受重视，故而保留下来的成组老玉珠很少，且多为实心，空心镂雕者更为稀有。
