玉佩为和阗白玉质，温润细腻，洁白无暇。器呈椭圆形片状，通体镂雕，双目工。玉佩正中刻饰一块银锭，银锭之上捆扎有一支毛笔。上下镂刻“如意”二字。四周透雕灵芝及卷草纹，枝条细长柔软，叶片硕大饱满。整件器物具有玲珑通透之美，寓意“必（笔）定（锭）如意（灵芝）”，吉祥寓意与造型结合巧妙，富丽华贵，为典型的乾隆时期玉佩精品。
