赏析：纯银制錾刻魁星站像，包浆莹润之极，魁星瞠目张口，面目狰狞，衣着坦胸式长衫，身后飘带高耸，如飘逸之感。其线条流畅自然，身躯瘦骨嶙峋，气度古拙神秘。左手持斗，右手握笔高举，呈欲点之势，右脚踩鳌头独立，鳌下海浪翻滚，左脚向后翘起，取「魁星点斗，独占鳌头」之意，极其生动。下身台座烤蓝，作品虽小，但铸像犀利深峻，纹饰精湛，意境高远，动态活泼。 魁星又称「奎星」，是二十八宿之一，是北斗的第一星，民间供奉魁星是为了保佑科场及第，名列前茅，有科举夺魁之意。整体造型生动传神，衣饰刻划飘逸流畅，意境新奇，应是清代汉地造像作品，保存完整极其难得，值得珍视。
