Ø25mm, ca. 18g, 18K gold, à-goutte, both sides enamelled and set with rose cut diamonds, the case maker's punch J.M B.C, dome signed Cooke & Kelvey Calcutta, early cylinder movement, crown winding, wolf's toothing, probably calibre Patek Philippe, screwed enamel dial, filigree steel hands, in very beautiful condition, movement starts ticking but needs cleaning. Both the serial number and the movement construction indicate Patek Philippe, even though the watch only has the retailer's signature Cooke & Kelvey.
