此碗撇口，高圈足，胎体厚重，碗形硕大。碗内外壁口沿及器足处各以双蓝圈为师。碗壁以青花绘变形夔龙纹，绘法粗犷豪放，青花色泽青翠。碗底双圈，青花书“大清康熙年制”六字楷书款。此款为康熙中晚期风格之官窑款识。康熙官窑器绘此种仿古铜器夔龙纹者罕见。故宫藏有一件青花螭龙碗与此近似 。
