内直径1.95cm；高2.6cm
此扳指为和阗白玉制成，白润细腻，局部带钉金沁。器作圆筒形，微束腰，一端圆鼓，一端内凹。扳指中央以减地浮雕手法装饰一周文字，似篆非篆，极难辨识。部分文字可在《六书通》中查到。文字内容虽不清晰，但必为吉语。且整圈文字排布规整，具有浓郁的装饰性，值得研究。
