A pair of large blue glaze Martaban jars, 18/19th century, The martabans (storage and transportation containers) decorated with dragons in relief and an unusual ruffled top rim. H 86.5 cm, A similar example is in the collection of the National Ceramics Museum 'Keramiekmuseum Princessehof' in Leeuwarden (Netherlands). Good condition. Normal wear from age and use.
