弘一，俗名李叔同，初名文涛，改名岸、成蹊、广侯等。三十九岁出家，释名演音，字弘一，祖籍浙江平湖，生于天津。光绪年留学日本东京美术学校，善西画及音乐。归国后，历任上海太平洋日报文艺主编，浙江两江师范艺术教师。工篆刻、填词及歌曲，最善书法。书学六朝写经，淳朴自然。为西泠印社早期社员。
原装裱。
大方广佛华严经偈，丙子四月八日，沙门一音。
