说明：张次溪旧藏。
作者简介：叶恭绰(1881－1968)，字裕甫，又字誉虎，号遐庵，晚年别署矩园，室名“宣室”。广东广州府番禺县人，祖籍浙江余姚。书画家、收藏家、政治活动家。早年毕业于京师大学堂仕学馆；曾任北洋政府交通总长、孙中山广州国民政府财政部长、南京国民政府铁道部长、北京大学国学馆馆长、中央文史馆副馆长。
