黄安仁（1924～2018），广东阳江人,中国著名书画家,。从事美术工作和创作62年，擅长中国画。1947年毕业于广东省立艺专，1948年毕业于广州大学。后参加解放军粤中纵队。1956年参加中国美术家协会，先后在华南文联、华南问医学院、省文化局、中国美协广东分会工作，曾任美协广东分会理事、常务理事、广东美协副秘书长、创作委员会主任。
