白雪石（1915～2011），斋号何须斋，北京市人，自幼习画，早年师从赵梦朱，后拜梁树年为师，后在中央工艺美院任教，还兼北京山水画研究会会长；多次为中南海、人民大会堂等绘制巨幅国画；多次出国举办画展；他的山水画师宗北派，旁及南派，广采博取，兼收各类画种之精华，具有宋画之严谨，元画之轻快，水彩画之秀润，版画之纯净而具装饰美；其中尤以桂林为题材创作的青绿山水画最能体现和代表白雪石的绘画风格。
