柳子谷（1901～1986），名习斌，号怀玉山人，堂号双翔阁，江西玉山人。著名国画家，与徐悲鸿、张书旗三人被称为画坛的“金陵三杰”。兼擅山水、人物、花卉，尤精兰竹。自学《芥子园画谱》柳子谷画竹，潇洒出尘，萧萧有声。被誉为“竹圣”、“板桥第二”；从二十年代画竹，一直画到八十年代。
