费新我（1903.12～1992.5），学名思恩，字省吾。30岁前改用新我，笔名立千，号立斋，浙江湖州（中国四大名笔之一），人。擅长中国画、书法。是我国现代著名的书画家，也是最杰出的左笔书法家。[3] 1934年学习于上海白鹅绘画学校。历任上海万叶书店编辑室美术编辑，江苏省国画院一级画师。作品有长卷《刺绣图》、《草原图》。著有《怎样画毛笔画》、《怎样学书法》、《楷书初阶》、《怎样画铅笔画》、《怎样画图案》、《毛主席诗词行书字帖》、《鲁迅诗歌行书帖》、《费新我书法集》等。久居苏州，供职于上海、南京。
