玉牌长方状，玉质洁白无暇，牌头饰双龙纹，正面浮雕羲之赏鹅的图案，远处亭台楼阁，烟波浩淼，晓山横斜，王羲之立于山石青松之下，一童子抱鹅逗弄，画面生动有趣，颇富文人情怀。构图饱满，细节丰富，疏密得宜。背面琢刻李白诗文“山阴道士如相见，应写黄庭换白鹅”，与正面图案交相呼应。整器造型规整，雕工细致，诗文相和，表现文人高士风雅清逸、出尘脱俗的超然心志，是一件颇具特色的文人玉牌。来源：上海老藏家旧藏
