镜圆形，半圆钮，柿蒂纹钮座，外饰一周铭文方格，铸饰缪篆十二字铭“日有喜，宜酒食，长贵富，乐毋事”，书体方正端丽，其外环饰一周凹面界格，打磨精细。主区纹饰以浮雕与线雕相结合的技法刻画，采用四分法布局，界格四角延伸出四株花叶纹，乳丁两侧均饰一组双层草叶纹，乳丁上方亦有花瓣纹装饰，连弧纹镜缘。整镜构图规整，布局合理，主纹颇具时代特色，形似卖穗的草叶纹是“文景体恭俭，陈粟俯丘山”时代信息的体现，铸工精湛，版工漂亮，镜体干净，黑光曜曜，质禀精澄，收藏佳品
