四臂观音是雪域高原的守护神，此尊头束高发髻，戴五叶冠饰，冠结横出，缯带向上翻卷。面庞方正，五官清秀，神态安祥，宁静含笑。上身躯体挺拔，胸饰璎珞，帔帛绕肩而下，自然垂落在台座两侧。主臂二手在胸前合十，后二臂在身后高举，左手持莲花，右手持念珠。腰间系宝带，着宽松长裙，腿结跏趺端坐于单层莲台之上，莲瓣秀丽而饱满。整像铸熔深峻，比例协调，通体鎏金，宝光泽泽，宝华灼灼，极具艺术性和收藏价值。
