来源：东吴博物馆馆长 陈凤九先生旧藏此壶白泥为胎，外施草木灰釉，烧结适宜，发色暗金流淌，极其美丽。此壶形有秦汉遗风，与常见紫砂壶型不同，更具宫廷气象，底款为陶壶落款方式，也与瓷器不同。应为宫廷特定器型，少量烧制，为相当罕见之本朝御制陶器。
