鲁新强，中国工艺美术师，兴翠陶艺创始人，1965年生于古陶都宜兴，1981年进紫砂工艺厂，师承工艺美术大师顾绍培，1986年进研究所拜高级工艺美术师葛明仙为师，1991年被厂任命为带班辅导员，尔后从事创作工作，如今鲁新强每年只做三把精品紫砂壶供收藏者选用，更多的时间都放在创作以及以“有正气室”为设计基础的“兴翠陶艺”。
