A WELL-HOLLOWED FLAT WHITE JADE SNUFF BOTTLE China, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) to Republic period (1912-1949). Of globular flattened shape, raised on a flat foot and surmounted by a cylindrical neck with flared lip. The translucent stone with a smooth, unctuous polish and of a whitish tone with white inclusions.

Condition: Good condition with little wear, small abrasions around the mouth and minor surface scratches.
Provenance: Hungarian private collection, according to the current owner acquired in the German art & antiques market in 1990.
