A LARGE BLUE AND WHITE ‘DRAGON’ BALUSTER VASE
China, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). The baluster body rising from a short ring foot to a waisted neck with everted rim, the neck applied with Buddhist lions and chilong, overall painted in underglaze blue with three fierce, sinuously coiled dragons amid dense floral scroll. With an apocryphal six-character Kangxi reign mark to the underside.
Condition: Very good condition with minor wear and firing flaws.
