款识：大清乾隆年制。此瓶蒜头形口，长颈微束，溜肩鼓腹，高圈足略外撇，造型挺拔俊美，胎质细腻坚实，釉面平整温润。瓶通体以青花描绘，口肩分饰回纹，缠枝花卉，蓬瓣及如意云头纹等五条纹饰带，腹部主体以“三多”为主题纹饰。枝叶繁茂，舒卷优美，花果饱满圆润，秀丽动人，整体布局疏密得当，错落有致，颈部则以蓬瓣及海水江牙为边饰，底书“大清乾隆年制”六字青花篆书款。全器白釉温润细腻，青花发色鲜艳典雅，瓶器型师法古气，纹饰层次清晰，画工清晰流畅，青花色泽艳丽，笔触点染之法仿永宣青花铁锈斑式样，端庄典雅，从容挺秀，造型质色皆精。原配旧盒做工精湛，严丝合缝，内里以黄缎衬之，足显当时主人之珍爱。原配旧盒。
