Description

北洋政府勋五位章一枚，保存完好。1912年8月8日，袁世凯发布《勋位令》，规定勋位分为六等：大勋位、勋一位、勋二位、勋三位、勋四位、勋五位。由大总统亲自颁发给勋章授与人。次年1月13日又颁布《勋位授予条例》，规定勋位徽章式样为银质，饰金圆形，铸牡丹花叶纹，中央圆版饰红色嵌珠，辅以四轮饰黄、蓝、黑、白色，各嵌珠以示等差。大勋位十二珠，勋一位十珠，勋二位八珠，勋三位六珠，勋四位四珠，勋五位二珠。
