中华民国十一年冯玉祥敬赠纪念章，保存完好。 冯玉祥（1882年11月6日—1948年9月1日），字焕章，原名基善，原籍安徽省巢县（今安徽巢湖市），生于直隶青县（今属河北沧州市），中国国民革命军陆军一级上将，西北军阀，是蒋介石的结拜兄弟。本属直系军阀，第二次直奉战争中倒戈，改所部为国民军，后败退西北，自成势力。1935年晋升国民政府军事委员会副委员长。1948年7月回国参加新政协会议筹备工作，9月1日因轮船失火遇难，终年65岁。
